Fulfillment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
1. Fulfillment Policy
At TaxStrategyOne, we provide professional consulting services delivered in-person and electronically via phone, video conferencing, or other digital formats.
We do not sell physical products, and we do not offer shipping.
Upon receipt of payment, clients will receive an email confirmation, and services will be scheduled or delivered as agreed.
All service details are confirmed via email or secure client portal. If you have any questions about scheduling or service delivery, please contact us at clients@taxstrategyone.com.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are considered on a
case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances.
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:
- You cancel the service with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled session.
- The service was not delivered as agreed due to an error on our part.
- A duplicate payment was made in error.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to clients@taxstrategyone.com within 7 days of the originally scheduled session or billing date.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests if services were rendered as agreed.
3. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule consulting sessions by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full, as time has been allocated and cannot be rebooked.
For recurring subscriptions or retainers:
- You may cancel your subscription with 7 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle.
- No refunds will be issued for the current billing period, but your subscription will remain active until the end of that period.
